A new pilot for all of your eyes and ears to enjoy! This one was particularly enjoyable for me as I watched years ago & my recollection of this show is vary vague but one that I loved watching.

2021-08-23 11:58:28 +0000 UTCI loved this show and am so ready to do another rewatch of it now that I’ve just watched the pilot with you again. I finished it all the way through and although it had ups and downs I liked it all. If you reacted to it I’d definitely do my best to tune in. Other good ones to check out would be Castle, White Collar or The Mentalist. They are all really good and worth watching.

On a rewatch, I think my favourite line is Zach’s zinger to Booth near the beginning of the episode when he says Booth’s suit will outlast his body by several decades. Ouch! 😂😂😂😂😂 And he probably didn’t even notice his implication was insulting. And yes, do Booth and Brennan really need to be about two inches apart when having their conversations? 😂😂 Unfortunately, Zach’s plot was yet another victim of the writer’s strike which hit so many shows. I also never finished, although I got several seasons in (maybe 8 or 9). I stopped when it got too silly.

2021-08-22 23:18:37 +0000 UTCI really liked this show. Again, I watched it in real time. I've seen it a few times since then. It's one of those shows that I can just sit back and watch whatever episode happens to be playing in syndication at the time. Luckily it is in syndication and one of the channels I get does it on a loop. Just like with SPN. So I can DVR it. I recently binged the last season and jumped right back into Season 1. That's what I'm watching now. Just when I want to chill and maybe work on a puzzle while watching tv. But not have to give it my full attention. Comfort show. I think you should binge it. I'd likely watch it if you did do reactions, but I wouldn't want it to push aside a new show that you haven't seen before. You only have so much time.

I'm kind of in a similar boat as you, I know I stopped watching at some point but don't remember at what point it was, or why I stopped, because I liked it. This pilot rewatch really took me down memory lane though and reminded me how much fun Bones was! Love their chemistry, love the found family aspects of it. And the friendship between Brennan and Angela I recall being one of my favorite aspects.

2021-08-22 16:59:33 +0000 UTCThis is a good show and i well up there in the annuals of duo cop procedurals. I don't remember when you did the poll if you gave us the option of Castle. I think that as you enjoy Lucifer and liked Bones then it would appeal to you.
