Check chapter 24, the Shepherd's pov. There was a hint about him going to Birmingham later. I added it a few days ago, but I forgot to warn you guys, sorry about that. Patreon chapters are always being edited btw. As for why Sirius would go along for the ride, you have to take into consideration what he knows. He saw Wormtail in a photo taken at the Weasley residence which is in Cornwall, the furthest south you could go in UK. That would be his first stop to search for the rat for he has no other leads.

2024-02-09 01:55:54 +0000 UTCI hope there is a good reason to have Sirius in Birmingham. Azkaban is on the East coast, so going to London or Hogwarts (by far the most logical targets) from there will not put Birmingham on that path.
