Finding the Edge of Flexibility in Eka Pada Kapotasana

One Foot Clasp in Pigeon. This took a significant shift in the shoulder to rotate enough for the hand to clasp the foot. And it was worth it. Not only did my shoulder break free from tension during the clasp, my hip extension received just enough pressure to melt the pain residing deep in the corresponding butt cheek.
