Still Woozy

Might be one of those weeks, dear Patron~

This is how she goes as it is said by many. Quite the weekend in the books for me that I am still recovering from. Nothing bad, just a bit too much good you could call it. Hah.

Anyway, took the day off yesterday and am still feeling it. Nothing sobers you up and brings you back to ice-cold reality than a full day of work. Oof. Taking another day off later this week anyway. Feeling spicy.

Speaking of spicy, there will be more delicious Lirael and Sylvania, the conclusion, if I am not mistaken, later this week. Gotta love it. Those girls are wonderful. I have been working behind the scenes on a few things and my plate is still quite full as far as writing is concerned. After blow out weekends like I had, you will have to forgive me if I need another day or two to rub the dust out of my eyes.

Everything will be taken care of, but I don't know exactly what day things will be taken care of. But don't you worry. The last chapter in that story is one of the hottest yet. Then what do we have to look forward to after that, one wonders? I might be burning the candle at both ends, but I want to get another chapter of EB out. We have reached another moment in the story where I have begun to lose my way. I don't want to let it slip too long and share a different story, but I am actually in a bit of a conundrum with experimental business actually.

I haven't hit many snags like this since I started writing. Not big ones like this. I just need to sit down completely uninterrupted and plan things like a sensible person instead of the wild machine gun rattling of keys-style. This chapter will have some sexiness in there, but it is more of a 'recap' episode in the grand scheme of things. I need to find the punch and extra fire and see if I can't whip up something with a bit more flare.

That might have to come down the line when I get the chance to polish it up nice.

I am allowing myself to be pulled in a lot of directions at once actually, now that I step back and think about it. With enough planning and taking steps one at a time I should be able to make it work. I will be walking the line, but if I make it to the first checkpoint or so I should be sailing smooth seas.

All this cryptic introspection just to say, fear not... There will be smut. And after this week's thrilling conclusion of S&L, there will be some heavy situations... but that might/will become something amazing as well.
