Hi dear Patron~
How's the week going? Mine is busy as ever. This is a pop-in to let you know that I might slide my typical 'release' day back 24 hours or so. Getting something out once a week I will not change. I have been going, what, 2? almost 3 years strong in that regard. Not counting ranty blogs or any of that of course.
So, yes! There might be a slight delay in getting things out during the week, then again, there may not be! I don't want you to think I am bailing on you out of the blue. This is another of the aftereffects of my new working situation. I know I come off as a person who likes kinks, but these aren't the kinks I want to work out! (Ayyy)
Yeah. Hopefully that horrendous joke will hold you over until I share a bit more EB with you. There should be a bit of spice to enjoy in this next bit, but the part I am working on is causing me some trouble.
One thing I (think I) am good at is expanding on a scene/subject, painting the picture clearly and with lots of depth, and basically turning that into a billion words, haha. I am trying to ask myself how a scene is moving the story forward, or at least adding some spice to the mix. It won't stop me from being wordy and descriptive, but I am finding myself pausing and wondering if I actually need certain scenes or not. Self-editing is a dangerous game while you write. What perils do I put myself in?
Anywho.
