Aftershocks of Summer

Greetings my dear Patron,

How has entrance into October been going for you? I have already had a few wonderful highs and a few lows. My funk of a few weeks ago had been vanquished like the changing of a season. But like seasons in these modern days you get big hits of cool refreshing autumn and then cruel reminders of suffering in sweltering summer heat. I suppose I have had a bit of sweltering recently. Big sigh energy, but we aren't that down. Down with the clown? Perhaps, but not going out of my way to be. But not down in the dumps.

Obstacles. Always with the obstacles. Oh gosh I just realized that clown reference to ICP was actually more topical with the Joker film. Haven't seen it, but the roiling storm around it sounds pretty rough. I will wait til the dust settles to see it if at all. Anyway.

The weather is almost in the sweet spot where even during midday temperatures are tolerable. But not yet. And my workplace goes back and forth on their A/C policy daily. I don't want to go into it. Yuck, so much rant, so little smut in today's blathering. That changing of the seasons metaphor was on point though. Not erasing that.

I have been crafting some big things behind the scenes. Real big things. I wonder if that will be a sooner or a later kind of reveal. More Size Queen's gambit this week. I think it will be complete next week unless I am feeling sadistic. You know I don't often follow through with those feelings although I have them.
