Valentina and Penelope

I am creating a dynamic between Valentina and Penelope and I am curious what you think about it. If you have ideas on the direction you can see it going then I am interested to hear about them. It's up in the air right now, but Valentina is essentially going overboard if I didn't lay that on thick enough. She's addicted and Penelope sees that and doesn't quite approve. For various reasons of course, but this is where I am lost and why I turn to my bosom buddies and swell engages for your input.
How do you feel about the dynamic/What are you looking for from them?
