Hmm I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I can't help here. I've never used an SLR like the K1000 with its lightmeter. I always meter light with my phone. So I don't really know any more about this than you🥲

2025-09-14 05:13:20 +0000 UTCUnrelated to this video, but I recently bought a 35mm lens for my K1000 and the light meter seems to not work with the lens. I haven’t had any issues with the 50mm lens I have for it Am I missing something? I function tested the lens and everything works aperture opens and closes just fine. And focus is smooth.
