Ohh do you mean the video clip of the negatives and them turning from negative to positive? I do that by using two adjustment layers and simply adding a cross dissolve in Premiere to fade from one adjustment layer to the other. The first adjustment layer has the "normal" colour grade and the second adjustment layer has the inverted colour grade that will make the photo a positive. The way I do this in Premiere is by using the colour channels in the curves. If you invert the red, green and blue curve you get a positive. Then you have to do a bunch of minor changes and tweaking in order to make the photo look somewhat good. :D
