Rewrite of Intemp IX chapter 17

I'm going through the final edit of Book IX for publication and checking back on all the comments of each chapter as I go--my usual procedure. I noted several people though I should have put Caydee's first time hearing Pa-Ho say her name and I realized they were right. And so, in Chapter 17, during the Judge Olson scandal, I put in two additional scenes after the first scene of the chapter. Thank you to those who insisted that be there.
