Another Photo Dump
Added 2024-11-21 08:33:11 +0000 UTCI have made lots of pictures so I will continue to share them at no additional charge for those who are interested in seeing them. This dump focuses on secondary characters in the story, including two series' of the Kingsley children that stretches into their future. The only spoiler alert needed is that it does show that these characters will live to a certain point in their lives and there are some subtle hints about their futures. There are also a few naughty pictures of some of those secondary characters at the end.

2024-11-24 12:24:45 +0000 UTCAll of the pictures I have posted from the drop "Canon Illustrations" onward are canon except the three choices of Matt (and Matt 3 is not canon). Everyone else it THE Jake, THE Celia, The Laura, etc. All have the same face as the others adjusted for age in which the shot was taken. I know they're not all exactly exact the same, but it's the best I can do. From Canon Illustrations onward I will only publish pictures I consider THE whoever and they should all have the same basic facial features and eyes. As for the list of characters, I posted such a list a few months (I think it was months) back that has my notes on each character. This was not meant to be an all-inclusive list and many names from the story are not there. In general, most characters with a backstory appear there up until the point I published it. There are also some differences in how I first envisioned a character and what they turned out to be when I fleshed them out. Publishing that was a mistake on my part as I received endless communication regarding where was this or that character on the list and things along that line. It is, however, still published and available for review.

There are quite a few photos of Jake, for example, but only one is THE JAKE, correct? I'm sorry to say, but I'm confused as to which Jake is IT. As for a Dramatis Personae, I first encountered one in Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle's "comet smacks the earth, civilization is fooked" book "Lucifer's Hammer" (a novel I highly recommend even though it was written decades ago). A Dramatis Personae is basically a list consolidated into one place, of all the characters involved in a novel. It's the novel equivalent of a play or movie's cast of characters. Some authors really do a great job of making one; some authors really could benefit from having one (James Clavell comes to mind, especially in his novel "Shogun"). You work is so large and so complex with a huge range of characters, some who are very constant (Jake, Laura, Celia all qualify) but others who play a minor role or who appear briefly but who make a serious contribution to the "drive" of the story. I'm sorry to say I've forgotten the guy's name, but the intern at the recording studio in Sacramento who finds and posts the original Intemperence songs online. He was there briefly, but his actions were all out of proportion to his "screen time" if you know what I mean. Imagine a movie about The Beatles. John Lennon? HUGE contribution to the band, music, and society. Now you have Mark Chapman. He's on screen for 3 minutes. He asks Lennon for his autograph. Then, in another scene, he murders Lennon. Minimal screen time. MASSIVE storyline impact. Okay, I think I'll shut up now. LOL I'm sorry if I got all pedantic on you. My apologies. I think my "professor gene" made an appearance. First off, I have no idea what you are talking about when you request "final decision" photos or "Dramatis Personae". Please explain in plain English and I will reply to the request at that time. I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the photos. The technology of the AI art is far from perfect. I know longer fear the AI uprising after playing with this program and watching how blisteringly stupid our Roomba is. One thing it (the AI art, not the Roomba) seems to have a big problem with is limbs and hands and feet. Sometimes I notice the errors and sometimes I don't. As for nipples and female groin areas (I haven't tried a male groin area yet) it offers up very generic representations of such things. I can highlight that area, describe improvements, and roll the dice, but often as not that makes things worse instead of better (I did, however, manage to make a premium shot of 18 year old Chase shortly after losing her virginity in the woods on a picnic blanket being dismayed that her lover (unpictured) has ejaculated inside of her (after perhaps twenty seconds or so, I imagine). The look on her face and the hint of semen seeping out is the first actual x-rated shot I managed to pull off with the technology. Haven't decided whether or not to share it at this time). As for multiple people in the shot, that is a ton more complex and prone to errors. It is also impossible, as far as I can determine, to put two locked-in faces into a shot at one time. There is only room for one seed number (which corresponds to the face of the character in all pictures of he/she/they) in the box. With the pictures of Laura and Celia together, you'll notice that Celia's face is generally obscured to hide the fact that it is not her seed number, but Laura's. In the shot of Laura and Neesh, I used Neesh's seed number and just kept regenerating a petite copper-colored hair nude female with small breasts until it spit one out that looked close to what Laura looks like in previous shots. Even so, with that picture, I could not get it to portray that Neesh is five inches taller than Laura no matter how much I tried. Anyway, to sum it all up, I will keep making pictures for the story and posting them, but there will be errors in detail in them and the viewer is just going to have to accept that. Like I said, I cannot draw worth a shit, but I can operate a computer and use my words for descriptions. It's the technology that needs to improve, not my ability to interface with it.

I say this at the end, but I'll say it to start as well; THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK WRITING AND CREATING THESE IMAGES!! I have a request to make please. Would you please put up a collection of the "final decision" photo-realistics? Too much to ask? If so, okay, but as my Nana Lina used to say, "Se non lo chiedi mai, la risposta è sempre 'No!'" [If you never ask, the answer is always "No!"] Also, is there a really complete Dramatis Personae, please? Maybe a name, a first/last appearance, simple relation explanation? I know that . . . THAT . . . is a HUGE request, but your story is SO wonderfully huge, it would so help! PICTURE comments: Bigg G: BOTH awesome pics. The pic with him relaxing though? I wanted a single malt when I saw it! Picture 5/23 Jill: It's a nice pic, but the eyelashes on her left eye look as though they're shooting straight out from her eyelid! Picture 6/23 Meghan holding baby Caydee: Caydee's legs still look funky. Sorry. Picture 7/23 Meghan Oh my, soooooo tappable!! Picture 8/23 Neesh: WOW!! Bigg G FTW!! Picture 9/23 Fishmonger Mom and daughter: They're both beautiful. I like the slightly blurry background! Nicely done. Pictures 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15: LOVE the age progression. Her pose at the kegger is great, and her playing on stage? Excellent. I'd love to see one with her playing onstage with Jake, Laura, and Celia all together! Maybe Matt too . . . though he'd be hooked up to an IV and heart monitor at that age! hehe Pictures 16, 17, 18, 19: Well, I wonder what THESE pics indicate for Cap's career! I wonder if he'll be Caydee's private pilot for her band. I mean, I KNOW Caydee's going to have her own license, but it would make for Cap having a cool job. Pictures 20, 21 Helen Brody: IMHO, 20 is a technically better image than 21. Helen's nipples look strange? Blurred? Mushy? in picture 21. Picture 22 Meghan: Same issue with nipples as Helen's in 21. Sorry. I mean the pic overall is stunning, as is Meghan (and I can see why Matt was convinced Jake was all over her). She looks much older in this pic than in #7. Is she supposed to be closer to the end of her time at Casa Kingsley in #22 than in #7? Picture 23: Let's just say I wish **I** were a sea lion, ok? *** Thank you very much for dedicating more of your time to visualizing and then illustrating these characters. I, for one, know these images must take MORE than a couple of minutes to generate, and, for them as well as your writing, I thank you. P.S. Any chance you'd ever consider illustrating, generating images for your story, "Aftermath"? I think those could be FUN!!

2024-11-23 12:17:41 +0000 UTCYou try to explain that to an AI program. Getting the skin color right on anyone but a Caucasian is very difficult. For Neesh, for example, it does not realize there is a such a thing as a light skinned African-American. If you say the word "African-American" in the description, it will automatically give you curly hair and dark skin even if you use the phrase "light skinned" or something similar. Just doing the best I can with the tools available. I enjoy it because Al Steiner can bring visions to life with the written word, but cannot draw at all, not even a doodle.
