I understand that it is not automatic that Brazil will extradite anyone to the US, but there is a treaty in place regarding this and I'm thinking that the Brazilian federales will be okay with green lighting the extradition of a non-Brazilian citizen who is on the FBI's most wanted list.

2022-03-24 13:21:04 +0000 UTCMy research informs me that Brazil, in 1999, will extradite an American to America if he or she is not a Brazilian citizen, although the myth was that Brazil would extradite no one. That is the premise I have been working under.
