But they do have some ammunition of their own in this battle. As always, let me know how I'm doing. This was an enjoyable chapter to write and I hope everyone likes it as much as I did.

That was a great look at what a load of crap most urban legends are. A really good chapter overall, an a reminder to not take things at face value.

2021-08-15 03:29:16 +0000 UTCThat is how I make my burgers at home and it is incredible. And, yes, I was referencing the way that urban legends are started and proliferated. I remember being told in 9th grade or so about how Rod Stewart had become sick during a concert and they had pumped a quart or so of semen from his stomach (which they tested, in this scenario and determined was both semen and human) and for years I was absolutely sure that Rod Stewart was gay. That influenced this chapter heavily with the kicker of the internet age booming.

But hey, we got a good description of the whole garlic butter burger thing, which I've yet to actually try.
