And a new plot twist is possibly showing its head. As always, keep the feedback coming. Nothing in this chapter was really foreshadowed in any way, but it was not really possible to do that. 2021-07-19 23:34:34 +0000 UTCHa Ha! I forgot that was the town I mentioned in that scene. I guess there's something about the name Pocatello, Idaho that just appeals to me. When I had to come up with a place of growing up for Laura, that was the first place to pop into my mind. And then, when I did some basic research on the town (I have been many places in Idaho but never there) and found it has a very high LDS population, I knew I'd found her home town.

"But, unfortunately, that's a little like saying you're the most popular Chinese restaurant in Pocatello, Idaho. It's not really much of an accomplishment now, is it? The rarity of the medium makes for distorted analysis by the inhabitants. When you can say you're the most popular Chinese restaurant in Beijing, then you're getting up there. Right?"
