Tomorrow’s YouTube video

Here’s my new YouTube video going live tomorrow - all about my diagnosis that I received last year. I want to be really clear that this is my subjective account of my own experiences, and I hope it answers any questions you may have about anything in the video! 🥰

Hang in there Janet..Your realization and ownership of the disorders can play a huge part in management of the mental illness. From my eyes... you have a beautiful mind.

I know we're you are coming from because I have been there myself and I think you are coping with it so so well. Keep it up and drive for your goals and you will get to wear you want to be in your life and promise me you will keep on with your singing because I love your work so much ❤️ all my love and all my support Stephen 💕.

I'm so happy you got your diagnoses so that you can only become stronger and understand yourself better. As much as it is shocking it is also relieving in a way... It took me personally 7 years to get the RIGHT diagnosis since personality disorders are so complex. I had to pay the CRAZY amount of 2500 euros, but the self-knowledge and better understanding of why you do the things you do are of priceless value. Here's to more self exploring and growth. xxx

FYI. . . . There are tools in video editing software to allow you to fix excessive lighting/overexposure in videos. You can do a Google search for your particular software. Here is a helpful video for Final Cut Pro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn73yQTWWr8

Janet, I don't know who helped you get the diagnosis but can tell you we are all grateful to that person. If I were in their shoes, just hearing about the weight this has lifted off your shoulders would be a huge blessing that you've given in return just by making this one video. And on top of that, as Amanda and Leslie and William and David and so many others have said, even if you don't feel you can repay it, you're paying it forward by helping other people find their paths through these difficult waters and back to shore.

Thanks again for sharing. I just found out my young gal friend had a major traumatic event that I only partially guessed at previously so it's good to learn more about mental health treatment. I think my gal friend that I was a bodyguard for may have what you have. She was insulting me in front of other people at my last visit which hadn't happened before. Things were fine on the last night of the visit as we were hanging out in her apartment. She flirted obviously and I didn't respond as I was tired and wanted to get back to the hotel for the drive back home the next day. She flipped out and started going off on me. I was about 85% of the way to cutting her out of my life due to how harsh it was, but I held back due to how long I knew her. It makes sense after what you said about disappointment when you hear a "no" in a relationship. Keep sharing as long as you feel comfortable. Even if it doesn't apply to someone, it could apply to someone that person knows.

Thank you. Being able to share publicly what we are going through can be very empowering and cathartic. I have no doubt that your honesty will help and inspire others to get the help they need. From what I know of you, you've had a difficult journey through life. I am truly glad that you have arrived to this point, and wish you the very best of what life has to offer as you continue. <3
