Dear Past Self

Hey guys, how is everyone's week going? 🌞

After the weekend's poem about a difficult experience I've been working through, I dipped back into the poetry book once again.

I opted for this letter, which tries to capture all the pieces of advice I would give to my younger self.  I'm not entirely proud of my past or the person I once was, but I wouldn't be who I am today without those mistakes I made.

Just a reminder -  you're part of my Patreon community who gets access to my videos before they're released more widely. So let's keep this one between us - but feel free to share it once it's live on YouTube tomorrow!

We have all made mistakes in our past Janet! But learning from them, always makes us a better person, and can always look to a brighter future! 💜💖💜💖💜

Beautiful as always! I myself would be afraid to give my past self any advice other than to keep going. All of my decisions, the good, the bad and even the painful have created the person that I am today. Even though I don't always like the person that I am, I am a hell of a lot better than the person I was. Have a wonderful day/night Janet!

Dear past Janet, Que será, será , Whatever will be, will be , The future's not ours to see , Que será, sera. But if you'd like a spoiler or two, here is few. You will travel and enjoy the world. You will lie. You will get tattoos. You will be a movie star. You will not compare yourself to anyone and therefore you are unique. You will end up in a police car. You will be forgiven. You will run, quite fast, and be fit. You will meet all kind of people. You will sing, and it'll bring tears to people's eyes. You will get to see Notre Dame before it burns. You will end up in the same picture with world's fastest guy and some Weasley. You will get good laughs about gongs and nuggets with some weird Do-Crew. You will say thank you about 90 times in 90 minute show. You will still be loved. So I don't wanna give you any advice, you'll get all this by just doing what seems right. Wait, there is one advice: Remember to enjoy little things. (Like first Coltsfoots on a roadside at spring!! Little yellow flowers made me happy today because spring is near with every fifty-seven shades of green.)

A few years ago I made the decision to offer my support unconditionally. Somehow I could tell there was a soul that truly was deserving. A little effort on my part could maybe have a larger effect on someone else and help them fully realize their potential. You are doing it kiddo. :-)
