Here's the latest batch of work on the Hive!
I focused on finishing Ms. Mack's living room.
I tried a slightly different approach by doing the base of the linework first and then adding the top elements on a different layer and the clickable element on another layer.
Then it was time for color!
It looks easy like that, but backgrounds always end up taking the more time. Hours upon hours for no end.
My favorite part about these backgrounds is usually the clickable objects or, in this case, the little framed pictures that will be available for inspection. Here you can see Betty in her natural environment having a lot of fun by herself.
Jenny is crying over a destroyed sandcastle. Beyond the fun of drawing some chick in diaper, these little pictures are also a good way to encapsulate the personality of each Juvies.
And Charlotte crashing her own birthday party, my favorite one!
That's about it for this batch of work!
Next week, I will work and release the final build of Perpetual Change!

I can really understand that since you have worked with it for so long. I really love the game and must confess that I am a bit addicted to it. 😊 Can´t wait to explore all the secret endings.
