It almost looks like, as if Padme has a very, very long travel behind her and because she is well secured and is not able to use a toilet, she really needs a diaper and she has already very well used it;-) I like it, how her well padded diaper tush accentuate her slim waist and how cute she presents her bellybutton;-) But as pretty as she blush, it seems that she is a little bit ashamed, that she like her situation and find it a little bit arousing, how the nipple of her right breast impressive shows;-) Her angry but also ashamed facial expression is very well done=) And you have really chosen a pretty diaper with all these stars, the moons and Saturns on it, what gives Padme the right little girl expression;-) I can only hope, that there will be more to see from this cutie pie;-) Maybe that she once need a little spank and a soother gag, to cut off her unauthorized oration?
