While working on it in a dehydrated state, He accidentally spilled his glass of water causing it to activate & it flies over into Nani's room & releases the powder. Instead of Nani being changed into an actual Baby, her mind & clothes & room were changed that more suiting a baby her size. She would have the mindset of a 2yo with a room dedicated to a 2yo her size
