Latest batch of work on the Hive !
Lately, I've been focusing a lot on backgrounds. Five, in total, will appear in the demo and each one takes a long time to do.
Today specifically I worked on Dr. Lang's office.
First, some clean up before coloring and adding more elements.
Each clickable element is exported separately in a transparent png.
Then, in Renpy, you can simply import a version of the background without the clickable elements and add them directly in game.
I also worked on a series of posters that June can look at.
Some good advice for newcomers but a little...sinister? Why are all these animals in diapers? Why would someone who can read need to be reminded of obvious facts?
I also worked on two other graphic elements. Educational charts this time.
And that's about all for today! Next week I plan to work on the corridor background and maybe do some 3D work as well.
