Playing nice (bad ending)

Hmm, that's true. But I think it's because in the bad ending with Valerie, Valerie is the one regressing Eclair. In most of the other bad endings, it's just Eclair or Fiona messing something up. But Valerie is one of the only characters (with Knox) who are openly bad, that's true.

What I have noticed is that it feels like there are different types of bad ends. Specifically, I feel like some are sort of cutesy “good bad ends” while some actually feel kind of nasty. Spoilers ahead for those who haven’t played Chapter 4. For example, I feel like the bad endings that involve the immaturity metre filling up are “good for the viewer, bad for the characters” as you said above. Even those that involve the Karlton, like where Fiona grabs the orb out of the machine, are really cute ends. But those that involve Valérie getting suspicious discovering that Éclair is not actually mentally regressed are really harsh. I don’t know if that was done on purpose (though I suspect that Personalias meant it that way), it’s like Valérie is the only real « bad guy » that we are dealing with and so any bad ending that involves her is much harsher. By contrast, if Éclair just brats her way down into babyhood, or even with Karlton, who doesn’t actually bear any ill will towards Éclair and just wants to do the science, those endings are, yes, bad, but kind of soft. It’s something I noticed as I played the game and just wanted to mention that it has not gone unnoticed.

it's crazy that for me most of the bad endings in the game are rather perfect endings I mean having the right to wear diapers for the rest of his life, eternal youth and 'we take care of us, it's great, good there is mental regression as a backlash but again its worth more than the blow ^^

Yep, January would be great, there will still be illustrations missing here and there but it should be mainly done.

It won't be in the next demo, the demo of this month will stop right before the endings

I think he said January is the goal? That might not be the finished version though. e.g. He might have text rewrites and bug fixes to do. I could be completely wrong though 😅
