I'll suggest my Hex Maniac idea from the suggestion, only with some more details now that it's for the fan art poll instead! She' laying back and lounging in a big beanbag chair as she nurses on a bottle of Moomoo milk with an attached rubber nipple. She's comfy, off in her own little world as she drinks down her bottle with a cute little Mimikyu plush beside her or perhaps even tucked under an arm as she does. As she nurses on the bottle she feels a pressure and starts messing her diaper, not stopping her nursing at all. Her outfit is a shortened version of her usual dress, frilled at the bottom hem and stopping just past the waistband of her diaper. THe sleeves are shortened to be frilled puffball sleves, and her headband has a cute bow attached to it. The Scarlett Witch sets out to help and find a new victim for the Villians Nursery School. The Scarlett Witch wants to find a new baby sister for Zatanna and is wondering who she could find. She wants someone that has wronged her in the past and remembers the perfect victim but she has to travel to her dimension in order to get her. The target is Rogue the reason why is that during the events of House Of M story Scarlett Witch accidently kills Professor X by saying no more mutants, which kills most mutants but not all of them. Then during the events of Uncanny Avengers Rogue blames Scarlett Witch for what she did and she kills Wanda by stealing Wolverines powers and stabbing her thru her stomach with bone claws. The only reason Scarlett Witch is alive is that they were able to reset the timeline and stop Rogue before she did this and even though they hugged it out and Rogue appologized for this Scarlett Witch still is worried she might try and do it again so she decides to act before its to late. The first scene would have Scarlett Witch in the background use the spell she learned from Zatanna by speaking NruT EugoR OtnI AnnataZs YbaB RetsiS, the spell says Turn Rogue Into Zatannas Baby Sister. The spell works and Rogue is stripped of her powers and now an adult baby she travels back to introduce Rogue to her new sister Zantanna. In the drawing Rogue would be sitting in a crib with her legs thru the bars but the bars would be spaced enough so the bars are not blocking her in the drawing. In the drawing you would have Rogue wearing a short but revealing baby bib showing of her chest and the bib would be either just Green and Yellow her team color or a X-Men Themed Bib. She would also have a Green and Yellow Pacifier in her mouth and her Diaper would be a Rogue Themed Diaper or X-Men Themed one and it would also be Messy and Wet. The Next Scene would have Rogue reaching throuh the bars of the crib wanting to be picked up.
