Yes like I asked them to at the very beginning of this process. Weeks were wasted as they tried to cheap their way out of this problem. They ended up spending more time and money.

2023-04-19 14:34:54 +0000 UTCI agree. First they tried just swapping out the CPU and Motherboard. I'm betting they just gutted the whole thing as that would be faster than trying to actually figure out what's broken.
