Here's how it works, on the first of each month soap makes a post for everyone to suggest 1 character and scenario, if no scenario is given and the character wins soap does whatever he wants with the character, they're 2 polls 1 at the beginning of the month 1 in the middle to decide which characters get done, each poll hold 25 characters, the suggestion post is first come first serve so the first 50 to 60 suggestions are what make it in the polls, the 5 characters with the most votes from each poll get done though out the month

There's no timer or end date so we have to wait until soap posts the first WIP of one of the winners, which with his schedule won't be till Friday or Saturday
