For sure Dr. Kegumi, because she have overdone it with this walk outside and so she consequently really deserve the same treatment, as she have experimented at Princess Azula;-) And maybe also Kayoka Tam deserve the same treatment, because she had let done Dr. Kegumi all this and finally reported it to late to the prince's councilors;-) Why should this cutie pie be the only one, which is in such a state? One or two more can't harm anyone and would simple only be cute;-)
