IF YOU'RE ON MAC, I DON'T THINK THE GAME WILL WORK FOR YOU.
There is no menu screen, you start directly by choosing the chapter you want to play, chapter 4 in our case. You can choose to take a shortcut to the Underground lab if you don't want to replay the old stuff. You can't access the shortcut if you choose the "dream about Lumpy" option at the beginning.
You can't go wherever you want on the island, some parts are blocked for the demo. There's a new bad ending for Fiona if you choose to temper with the machine at Karlton's place.

On Mac, you can"t play Rpg Maker games unless you use a program named "Wine" and from what I heard, it's pretty instable.
