There is no menu screen, you start directly by choosing the chapter you want to play, chapter 4 in our case.
You can't go wherever you want on the island, some parts are blocked for the demo.
For this month update, I recommand you to visit Mishelle and Vince THEN Karlton. The reason is that the demo end at Karlton's place.
