I'm going to suggest Alex from Oxenfree (which is a great game that you would probably like if you like Life is Strange). She goes through a lot of time warps in the game, so it only makes sense that during one of those events she ends up in a diaper, right?

Someone else mentioned a Doctor Who character, I'd like to throw my hat in the ring for that as well Clara Oswald, Rose Tyler, Karen Gillan, any of them could be pretty good, and Doctor who is about time travel, so narrative of the picture could be pretty fun and easy as well.
