[Announce] Patreon Fees
Added 2017-12-14 15:59:20 +0000 UTCI wanted to make a post about that in a few days but Patreon cut things out pretty quickly.
Basically, if you didn't know, Patreon take a percent on the creator income (5%) and as they use Paypal, Paypal also take transaction fees (3%).
Recently, they had the idea to put all these charges on the patreons (you) instead of on the creators. Which means if you pledge 5$, you must pay 5.50$ or something like that.
Anyways! As they ask nobody and don't warn people about this, everybody was pissed off and they decided to take the idea back.
SO! This post is here to tell you that things should had change but aren't going to change and everything is going to stay the same!
In short, that was confusing for nothing and all's fine now.
