Light My Way Home
Added 2014-06-02 14:09:52 +0000 UTCOk! Shufflecomp, a prizeless mini-competition where we write games based on one of a set of songs sent to us, is over! That means that I can reveal myself as the pseudonymous Venus Hart, and by extension, my game: Light My Way Home. This game was one of the nine 'commended' entries out of about thirtysomething. You can click the title to go to this link, or click here: http://ifdb.tads.org/viewgame?id=6yfiv4b8agk38rmb You can play this game online, but that means you can't listen to the soundtrack that I wrote and recorded, so I'd rather that you play it with an IF interpreter. The best way to play LMWH is to click on 'Story File' to download the .gblorb file of the game. You'll also need to download an interpreter. I recommend Gargoyle: https://code.google.com/p/garglk/downloads/list Once you have the story file and interpreter, you're ready to play! Make sure your sound is on and enjoy. This is an old-style parser text IF, so if you're confused, the first thing you should do is type 'HELP' and hit enter. Enjoy, and thank you thank you thank you for all your support.
