The leader of The Alchemists, a mysterious and ambitious figure named Dr. Ryuu Morioka, had one goal in mind: to revive the power of the tournament using new advancements in bioengineering, hypnosis, and psychological manipulation. His vision was to create the ultimate warriors—not through training and perseverance, but through a process that combined the essence of the original fighters with new, enhanced bodies and minds.

Ryuu had spent years studying the original fighters, gathering DNA samples, psychological profiles, and even combat techniques through stolen archives.
