Regarding MPL and Fanfics

Dearest Patrons, just a quick one. Seeing how MPL fanfics have been growing in number, I thought I'd take a moment to address an issue. I'll just keep it simple with the following:

1. I do not read MPL fanfics for personal and legal reasons. As such, any story ideas that appear on MPL are my own, and any MPL story idea that bears resemblance to fanfics is purely coincidental. If they are not (e.g. a story suggestion made by other Patrons), I will always give credit to the source.

2. Fanfic writers who post links to their stories, as well as fanfic readers, here on my Patreon page, should acknowledge it as such. On the same note, I would really appreciate if y'all will refrain from making any MPL and MPL fanfic comparisons, over here.

3. If this is something that does not sit right with you, I would strongly recommend not posting links to your fanfic, here on this Patreon page. You are, of course, free to do so on any other platform that I do not participate in.

4.  The same applies for fanfics derived from my stories and creations.

The first MPL fanfic was shared here on this Patreon page, with permission given by me, written by a very dear Patron and friend. Since then, many more have followed. And I want y'all to know that I love all of you guys, and I will gladly share my story and characters with my readers. Because I know writing and reading fanfics bring fun, joy and enjoyment to many of you. But also, please understand that I have been working on MPL, alone, on my own, long before MPL fanfics came along. And I intend to continue doing so, alone.

I try not to police comments on here, but this is important to me because this story is my heart and soul. Hours spent in my head everyday, planning and plotting out the story. It's not just my baby - it is a very literal part of me. Like, a digital, virtual piece of my brain. So I hope y'all can understand my stance on this.
