Refund Policy

Dearest Patrons, I have been receiving an increasing number of refund requests (due to financial situations, pledges that were not cancelled on time, etc.), so I will be implementing a refund policy as of today. Please read this carefully because I will not be making any exceptions.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must:
1. Be a Patron for at least 4 months (ie. you can request for a refund on the 5th month) AND
2. Request for the refund within the first 3 days of the month
Additionally…
1. Please do not include an explanation on your financial / family situation. I will issue a refund as long as you meet the requirements above.
2. Once I have made your refund, I will be removing you from my Patron page, but you are most welcome back on board when you feel ready to do so.
3. If you do not qualify for a refund, I will not be responding to your request.

I fully understand that we all have financial issues to deal with, and I am deeply grateful for everyone’s contribution - even for a 1 month pledge, or a $1 pledge. However, due to a number of reasons, requesting for refunds is not something I would encourage. So I seek your understanding on this matter, and I apologise in advance for not being able to fulfil any other refund requests.
