News + Patreon Stuff

Hi guys! It's official now - Midnight Poppy Land is going to be featured! It has been a long and confusing journey, thank you all so much for your patience, kindness and understanding! You guys have been divine and I can't be any more grateful!! If you'd like to read the entire saga from start to finish lol, you can check out these posts below.

To those who aren't aware, being featured means that I'll be publishing Midnight Poppy Land under Line Webtoon. What's gonna happen is that I'll be working with my Webtoon editor (who is amazing and passionate about comics) to either revise or redo, all or most of the episodes. The first few episodes will also be revamped with full colour. This process will take 3-4 months (maybe a bit more if I'm too slow?), so for these few months I won't be posting any episodes on Webtoon. But here on Patreon, I will be sharing regular sneak previews on the work that I'm doing, artwork from the revamps, comic chats, things like that.

I have also taken the original episodes down from Webtoon as instructed by Webtoon, but I'll have the PDFs up here for download for as long as I can. Downloads can be found here 

Patreon Stuff

What will this mean for my Patreon page? Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to offer MPL PDF downloads of the Featured version because of the contract, so you'll have to make your own screenshots. Featured Webtoons have the screenshot function disabled on the Webtoon app, but *cough*web browser*cough*. To make up for that, I'll be posting high-res artwork from the new MPL episodes instead. ((Pro tip: If you're using a Samsung Galaxy or Note, the newer models have a scrolling screenshot feature that allows you to screenshot while scrolling and is very nifty for Webtoons.)) 

I will also not be able to sell printed copies of the MPL comic episodes for a period of time (I can't disclose how long). But after some bargaining, and if I have time for it, I might be able to distribute a limited number of copies, we'll see how it goes. Sale of artwork prints and merch is fine though, and I'll have those up as soon as I can.

Other than that, everything else will remain unchanged. There will still be future NSFW scenes in the featured MPL Webtoon, for whatever NSFW scenes I have planned, and the censored scenes will be posted here on Patreon.  I will still be posting Secret Gardens for MPL and AB as per usual.
