Hey guys, here's a ranty/news kind of post, so please bear with me.

Yes, Quincey is getting a makeover! I debated a really REALLY long time on this issue, but decided to go ahead with it. (Also debated on whether to make an announcement, and decided to do so as well. Because it seems kinda shady to implement this change without informing anyone.)

Why am I doing this? Well the comments I've been receiving on Webtoons: "THIS IS SANGWOO FROM KILLING STALKING" were getting to a point that was difficult to overlook.

For those who aren't aware, Sangwoo is a character from a popular Korean webcomic, Killing Stalking. Undeniably, I did base his character design on Sangwoo's appearance because I love how he looks. Which was probably a misstep on my part.

Most creators might argue that "this is our product, we can do what we want". But after receiving an overwhelming amount of comments on the resemblance, I felt like I was cutting it a little too close. For one, I don't want to be slapped with a plagiarism/copyright lawsuit. These things can get really sticky for creators. For another, I don't want his appearance to distract the readers every step of the way, since he is a major character. And lastly, his previous hairstyle was too rugged for his character since he's kind of a diva!

So with some anxiety and resignation, I decided to take the plunge and make the change. Still, I love his new look very much (it's a hairstyle I adore on men!), and I hope you'll like it too.
