Vote on Tier Structure for 3-flag Expansion!

If we can sustain 300-ish members, that means in addition to a rainbow pin, we will also always do a Common Flag AND an Uncommon Flag — 3 flags for every month!

• Common Flags: Lesbian, Bi, Trans, Ace, Nonbinary, Pan
• Uncommon Flags:  Most other (ethical) Pride flags are in the running!

Based on projections from this poll, it looks like enough folks may stay on at Pin tiers or the $3 Coupon Club tier—keeping us in the 300-ish patrons range!  Thank you SO much!  

This is great, but it requires some tier changes starting this month.  There are 2 ways we could approach this, and we want your input!  You are the backbone of our pin-making and your input is essential.

Both plans will mean making new tiers:

• A new $15 tier for the uncommon pins, called the Gay Breakfast Seasonal
• A new tier for All 3 variants: The Prix Fixe
• and the New Buffet‘s price increases to come with 4 pins.

But how do we handle 2-pin combination tiers, like the Gay Breakfast Combo?

1) We could allow for any combination of flags, but slightly increase prices on 2+ pin tiers.  

Choose from Combo A (Rainbow + Common),  Combo B (Rainbow + Uncommon), or Combo C (Common + Uncommon).  This would require more organizational work on our part, so it would come with a very slight price increase on the 2-pin tiers.  

• These 2-Flag Combo A, B, and C tiers would be $28 each.   
• All 3 Flag variant pins (Gay Breakfast Prix Fixe) would be $40, 
• All 3 Flag variant pins plus a mystery bonus pin (Buffet, 4 pins total) would be $46

OR

2) Keep the prices lower but allow fewer combinations.

• We could keep a solitary combo tier at $26, but it would always mean 1 rainbow pin and one common pin.  
• The only ways to get the uncommon pin would be to get it individually ($15) OR bump up to the All 3 Flags Prix Fixe tier ($38) or the 4-pin Buffet tier ($45).
