Hi everybody. The US president is using an emergency declaration in order to place sudden and erratic tariffs on imports from all over the world. In January there was an 18% tariff on pin orders over $800. In February the tariff was raised to 28%. In March he increased it again to 38%. He keeps threatening more retaliatory tariffs. Our online store is not updated yet, due to my neck injury making inventory counting quite slow. Still, we're chipping away at it between working to keep last year's projects on schedule and this year's project in development. I'm in physical therapy as well (finally with a good PT) so I'm hoping things will improve soon.

Just in time for the new year, we present our first snake pin! In the past we made snake adjacent pins, like our Ouroboros and our Hydra, but this is our first time making a pin based on a real snake— the adorable Beauty Rat Snake!
I’m also SO excited about the scales. This is a hard enamel pin, but the scales will be added on top with UV printing so we can get that gradient, and it will have a slight texture, making the pin more tactile!

Earlier this month we were at Pax Unplugged and MFF (represented by studio satellite member Grace Kraft!) At those venues we premiered a new collection of prints based on character classes from classic tabletop roleplaying systems. The last was a virtual tie and we got a new suggestion to make the tabletop one into a dice tray. Both have pros and cons, so we are still torn!

Sorry for the late reveal! Between cons, getting covid, and running our Goose kickstarter, we were swamped! It was a lot to manage.
It also inspired this month's Seasonal: our first ADHD pride. We were both diagnosed as children and recent events definitely took all of our management tools! We're grateful for your patience, as always.
