Rory's Breakthrough 2 + 3 Text Editions Sent Out!

Still finalizing the AI art, so that is coming at a later date.

Ended up changing the story a bit from the outline laid out in an earlier post here. Minor spoilers follow - for those who hate all spoilers, skip the following section until you've read the chapters!

While writing the story, I became increasingly interested in developing Ariel personality-wise since as far as I can recall, I've never really written a character who was afraid of becoming muscular or actively finds it grotesque on herself. Typically it's something like "Well, I wasn't sure about how this muscle would look but now that I'm buff I love it!" and everyone just agrees that it's attractive. But I wanted to explore a character who experiences being repulsed by what she sees in the mirror, but ends up embracing it because to better protect and serve her family (of course Ciara/Rory still think the muscle is attractive, so it's not presented as if she's a monster or something, and she does come around to it a bit in her final form).

This has for better or worse resulted in scrapping the plot point of Ciara drinking more of the serum. That was the original plan, but frankly when I sat down and outlined it, the story felt significantly more repetitive since it was just Ciara going through the same workouts with more explosive results (which may have been more enjoyable for some - apologies if you're in that camp). Hopefully this version of the story overall has more satisfying character development.

That said, I'll be taking a break from mom-themed growth for a while, though MuscleMax Challenge 3 is planned for later this year, and Tara vs Thora 3 is also possible if it's popular when offered in a few months or so.

As mentioned before, there will be no charges until all of the Rory content is sent out - including the AI art.

That said, still planning on holding a poll in a day or two to determine the next story to get the ball rolling on that and to possibly start working on it a bit beforehand as well. I'm planning on making this poll available to free members in addition to paid members since the Patreon was paused for a while and will remain so for a bit.

I'll also be tweaking the Patreon a bit before resuming things later this month. Planning on removing the minimum word count (still going to aim for similarly length 8000+ word stories, but if for example, a full short story or story arc in a series chapter can be told in about 5000 words, then that month's story would be on the shorter side like that instead of trying to arbitrarily expand it). And also planning on removing the extra filetypes tier and simply providing the most popular filetypes in the base story tier (frankly extra filetypes was always a bit of a lame reward and was just me reaching for ideas).
