Red Roses Gold Foil Edition - Kickstarter Approved
Added 2025-07-21 22:47:42 +0000 UTCBeauties, Kickstarter has just approved my Red Roses campaign - which means we could technically already launch the pre-launch page and start gathering followers!
A good amount of followers are one of the best indicators of whether a campaign will succeed or not.
To be honest, everything is currently overlapping with the fulfillment of my last campaign, and I haven't really had a chance to catch my breath. It's a bit overwhelming, and I'm honestly nervous about how the new deck will be received.

Hey Antony, good question. When I printed the BR Casinos, I didn't really think about the fact that hot foil "bleeds" a bit over the edges. But I've taken all that into account. I talk about in this post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/131176707 I have spend around 2 months to redesign all courts so that the bleeding won't affect the courts. The back design on the 10 Year Anniversary tuck box is also printed with hot foil, that's why I know it will look good. But I still redrew the entire back so as not to leave anything to chance. As you can see, I've already given this a lot of thought. Of course, I can't say in advance what the deck will look like in the end. But it will definitely look cleaner than the last BR Casino deck.

It looks like there were potentially thin lines that got foiled over in the recent black/foil cards. Would be much more noticeable to see blobs of foil here as opposed to a missing thin gap on a face card.
