What a clickbait title, right? :D

In the first and second Black Roses Hotel deck I added hotel related extra cards to the deck to fully exploit the hotel theme. A door hanger card in the first edition and a hotel room key card in the second edition. I often look back at my previous decks and wonder what made me design certain things the way I did. This is also the case with these additional cards. They are funny and relate to the hotel theme, but are more or less completely pointless. :D

Many additional cards in my decks are certain gaff cards that give magicians in particular a much bigger motivation to use my decks. I'm proud to be able to offer this added value, but it is completely absent in V1 and V2.

I want to keep this hotel theme with the extra cards and I think I have found a very good solution for a card that combines a lot of things. Take a closer look at the card:

The idea for the card came to me 2 days ago just before I went to sleep. If you scan the QR code you will be redirected to my Patreon page. So everything stays with the hotel theme, but still fulfills a useful purpose.

Today I thought about hiding a card reveal in the QR code. If you take a closer look, you can see a “2♢” in the QR code - a 3rd layer hidden in this card.

I'm not sure yet about the second extra card. Since we already have the hotel-related card, I was thinking of a simple gaff card. A Zero of Hearts would be funny but I still need to think about it.
