Shop update - restocked items --> Is everything OK?

Dear Patrons,

today there were a couple of "restocked items" in the US region. If you have activated the US as one of the regions in your settings, you should be notified via SMS or voice call according to your settings.

Call function

At first glance, the calls seem pretty much working. I only got 2 "busy" messages which I will get in contact with the person directly. From my side, it seems to work well.

SMS function

All messages sent (message left the phone and is at the carrier) in an acceptable time frame (< 2 seconds). But the response of "delivered" is not shown on all ends yet. If you got issues with a delayed SMS please get in contact with me via direct message on Discord or send me here a direct message via Patreon. It helped to switch the phone numbers of @White Speaker for the non-U.S. regions. 

If you are located in the US and face this issue, let me know also. Then I have to get in contact with the SMS service provider to understand the issue in detail, because this seems to be an issue of the telephone network provider.

I recommend to have both functions activated as a back up solution.

Wow, what a spam!

Yes, you are able to change it in your settings:

Just log in at https://whitespeaker.com and add a few minutes to "time out" on calls and/or SMS. 

• 0: you will get the message according to your region settings without any blocking time.
• any number above 0: You will get the first message on shop update. After that, you won't be notified on shop updates the next x minutes. You can change these settings on SMS and CALL separately. Bear in mind: It could be, that there is just a minor restock and 2 minutes later there is a big sale. Never happened before, but who knows... You have to pay attention by yourselve then...
