Action Required: Link Discord to Patreon!

In order to be able to enjoy upcoming features like SMS, CALL, WhatsApp, Email etc. you have to link your Patreon account with your Discord account.
Sounds complicated, but it is done in 30 seconds. Believe me :)
What do I have to do?
1) Go to https://www.patreon.com/settings/account
2) Click on "Connect" in the Discord section
3) Click on "Authenticate" on the pop up window.
