First of all, I'm overwhelmed of your support! YOU ARE AWESOME - I can't say it enough! THANK YOU!
We all have waited longer than expected for the Post Gen Con Sale. Yesterday it finally came! @White Speaker was the first who detected the sale and posted it successfully on #shop with an @everyone ping! All of you were able to buy stuff, 1 minute prior than it was shown on the "in-stock" page on kingdomdeath.com - So you should not have missed anything which was available :) Personally, I still wait for Fade. Poots mentioned that this will be available in the next sale via his email.
Here are some stats (too small / can't read? Right click on picture -> open in new tab // Thanks Chris!):

This is a short summary where I tried to split the items between the locations. As you realize, Europe is missing completely this time.
Premiers:

The first item which was sold out was Death High White Speaker (First Run) after 08:48 Minutes (245 items). While the Encore version last for over 6 hours (980 items).
Echoes of Death (2400 items) and Sci-Fi Savior (969 items) where both sold in 1.5 hours.
Poots still don't fulfill the demand on "new" stuff, but it is way better than before. Of course, the First Run items gone quick, but the inventory of the Encore version was somehow "ok".
Special and Encores

That is an intersting section. Both the Sci Fi Flower Knight (236 items) and the Sci Fi Twilight Knight (225 items) gone in 12 to 14 minutes!
According to kingdomdeath.com, Sci Fi Flower Knight was actually a First Run product, even when it was not advertised like this in the email and in the product name itself.
The demand of Till Death Do us Apart is already fulfilled and it will last long...
Expansions
Poots tried to deliver expansions across the world. It seems like the European stuff were not delivered on time or some other problems occured with his EU warehouse
U.S. did received all expensions - except of Green Knigh Armor! Dragon King (13 minutes - 30 items) and Sunstalker (26 minutes - 60 items) gone quickly. The rest was about 1 hour.
Slenderman sold by 60% - so it will still last long!
But suprisingly the Lonely Tree is a shelf warmer! Only 30 items were sold. So we will see the Lonely Tree in stock for a long time...
Australia only received 3 products with low stock. And even then, it were only sold maximum 2 items of each product each. And he still has stock!
So I ask myself is Australia warehouse makes really sense...
Canada has a similar picture to Australia - only received 3 items, but here maximum 20 each. And those were (nearly) sold.
UK Look at this. Green Knight Armor was only available in UK! Low stock, so it's gone quickly! Everything sold in about 30 minutes, but we have to consider, that they only had about 20 items of each. While the Lion Knight is also a shelf warmer. What is gone pretty good in US (about 80% sold) is not moving at all in UK (only 7 items sold, still 83 in stock!)
Others
Armor kits: 100 items each, of which only maximum 40 were sold. The most items do still have 90 items. Oversupplied, which is wondering me (and also Justin). I have bought the complete bundle for $125 last year November, while the each individual armor set costs here $40. It might be too expensive...
Rule book has a demand - especially in US. I don't know why only 50 items were available in US while 160 were available in Canada - I would have been assumed, that the fan base in US is larger than in Canada
The sleeves itself gone pretty fast! I did not expect that, because the game is already out a long time and there were already a couple of KD:M related sleeve kickstarters from other companies.
Final thoughts:
As you see, Poots has problems to predict the demand. 2400 Echoes were quite good. While I don't think he can sell another 2000 items... He is oversupplying Armor kits, even when he just produced 100 items of each.
TTDUP is oversupplied now. The resources can be used for something else.
The Sci-Fi Models need more supply too!
Australia Warehouse is not working properly. The demand is too low.
Lonely Tree great model, light in content, but can be added to every game. From content point of view, the model is too expansive -Find Fen's Lonely Tree Patreon Post.
Looking forward for the upcoming White Boxes on the next sale!
Scalping Bots?
Due to the fact, that you were able to buy stuff prior that it was shown on the in-stock page of kingdomdeath.com, I was able to see if there are any good scalping bots.
Herewith I can confirm: NO SCALPING BOTS! At least no good ones :)
The first person was able to buy 1.5 minutes after the ping of @White Speaker. It seems like he bought only
- Death High White Speaker
- Rulebook
- Echoes
A bot would not be able to determine properly what it should buy. It was very selective. Especially due to the rule book which was bought! You would not be able to script that properly for a scalping bot. --> When you don't know exactly what will be sold, you are not able to script it that selectively.
Also time wise, I was on a similar time frame with my buy - I was about 2.5 minutes. I would have been faster, but I searched very long for Fade, which finally did not appeared on the shop at all.

2018-08-24 11:40:00 +0000 UTCWhoa, that's an amazing bargain! Given we are just 3 or so months away from the next Black Friday, maybe folks are waiting to see if that deal comes again this year. As is, I think buying sets at $40 a pop only makes sense if you're after 1 or 2 kits.

2018-08-21 22:38:56 +0000 UTCYou are right. I was suprised too. I bought the complete bundle last on November 24, 2017 for $125. While each armor kit itself is offered here for $40... I will add this to the post itself! good hint. Thanks Justin!

2018-08-21 22:15:56 +0000 UTCI'm actually surprised about the extra kits not selling so quickly. I believe there was a recent bundle for "naked" sprues (the survivors, no monster/content), maybe last Black Friday? I know the value was much higher then based on the reduced cost, but the bundles went quickly and people seemed stoked to be able to create more options for their settlements. Within all of KDM fandom, there aren't 100 people per armor similarly interested?
