No. why let some people who want to make a stink to have one fetish everywhere impose on your own naming conventions. If anything, make one or more of the characters a Holstaur monstergirl waifu obsessed with the MC. <3 (Also I bet there is at least one such person wanting a name change are hoping you do to snipe it for less than helpful reasons).
