Rebooting Strange Gift

I wanted to update you on how the "other project" is going. I've been turning out new renders for Damsels at record speed this week, so fear not, there will be lots of stuff for this months Damsels update.

But it's time to try something new.

As I've been mentioning, I've been reworking the assets of Strange Gift into a completely different game, and it's getting solid to the point I can talk about it constructively. And maybe you can help me with the quandary of what to call it. It's radically different.

The new game does not have the supernatural storyline. The character you see above is not Freyja, although she uses the same model. In the new game, she is your wife,  and she has an odd fantasy -- she wants you to have sex with other women.

This seems like a pretty good deal to you, so you go out seducing them. In the current version of the game, there are four other characters, which you will recognize from Strange Gift: Chloe, Olivia, Mia, and Isabella. There are *no* procedurally generated characters, and each characters response to activities will be different and scripted according to their own preferences. Only Chloe and Olivia will be playable to the point of having sex with them in the first released version. Your wife will get friskier with you as you return home each night to let her know about your exploits. Like Bondage Island or Lucretia's Legacy, you'll have to make choices about which girls you want to focus your efforts on, especially as more content is added.

I've used the renders from SG when they work, but I've added a lot more. And a lot more text to individualize each character, particularly for Olivia and Chloe. Many of the things that were barely represented graphically in SG, like bondage, have been taken out until I have good renders to go with them. Some of the locations have been taken out, too, because I don't have enough content for them yet.

What's in the game right now is Spanking, Cuckqueaning, Cumplay, Blowjobs, Exhibitionism, Pole Dancing, and Sex. I don't expect that list to substantially change before first release.

TODO before first release? More testing, to make sure that one can't accidentally get places that aren't really finished, and for game balance in general. There's still some tweaking there to be done, and a few events are working but not quite as well as I'd like. I don't want to let the perfect be the enemy of the good here, because releasing and getting feedback is important... so I'm shooting at sometime next week, dependent on the testing.

And I need to fix on a name. Right now the name says "Leather and Steel", after the bondage club in the game. I've also considered "CuckQuean Fantasy." If y'all have any ideas, I'd love to hear them. 

After the first release:

Adding Bondage and Whipping back into the game, and giving you the option (always optional!) of doing partner swaps at the swing club.

Girl-girl scenes, including introducing the girls to your wife.

Adding the potential to develop a D/s relationship with one or more girls, although this will take time from activities with other girls.

Adding full content for Mia and Isabella.

Adding locations such as the Pool, Office, and possibly the church.

Adding new girls, including Karima the swinger hotwife. I'm thinking 7 is the right number for the game, and there may be some polls later on the 6th and 7th girls to be added.

Constant improvement in the graphical representation. Every major interaction in the game involves full screen renders, but there's often room for an extra render or two to better tell the story.

Increasing the time limit in the game to accommodate more girls and deeper relationships.
