Damsels 1.16 Release

Thanks. It'll be fixed in 1.17. This was code that was unchanged from previous versions, so I didn't re-retest it. However, compiling under the latest version of Ren'py caused a command to break if issued without a value. I caught the other instances of this, but not this one. Thanks again!
