Damsels 1.13 Progress

Hi everyone. Just thought I'd give you an update.

First of all, thank you to all the patrons who contribute to this Patreon. Far more people play this game than contribute, but without you I'd probably have long ago assumed that no one liked the kind of games I create.

I've been working on adding events for the Valkyrie character, Hilda, and am hoping to get some scripted Sorceress content in as well. I'm realizing that the way I've did things in the last release, you're going to have to recruit a new Sorceress in order to enjoy the Sorceress content in 1.13, so I'm trying to think further ahead. If you recruit a Rogue in 1.13, you'll have recruited the character that will be used for further scripted content in 1.14, and I'll try to continue this pattern -- scripted characters will be available for recruitment one release before they get their first big bunch of scripted content.

I expect to release on May 20.

Looking further ahead -- the logical break points in this game are to have 4 scripted characters (enough for a party); 8 scripted characters (one for each fetish); or 16 scripted characters (one for each character class.) 

I'm leaning toward 4 or 8, largely because much of the game is already written around non-scripted content that occurs due to the chance interactions of randomly generated characters. That means that some content may actually be lost with the scripted characters -- if all of the characters were scripted, it might be impossible to have a group with multiple people sharing a particular trait. So I think a mix of scripted and non-scripted characters works best for Damsels. Too much script, and there becomes one right way to play the game, which is something I want to avoid.

Any chance the Harbinger is one of the scripted ones? I like that class.

Another part of the attraction to doing fewer scripted characters is that it would allow me to do more with each one.
