So, I already have a number of things I want to get done for Damsels 0.17, and have been working on that this morning. The next version of Damsels will include a new front-row character class, the Paladin. The new rendering computer makes it much easier to make all the renders needed for a character class while still making progress on the game coding.
Other things I'm working on -- Some small improvements to help you keep track of who has a quest to do, and how far along you are on Azielle's quest.
I'm hoping to add code and renders that support showing a slightly different picture in combat when a girl is tanking, in stealth, has the nimble bonus, etc.
There will be some new encounters too. Damsels continues to be my primary focus. Expected release date will be two weeks from the last release, as usual -- July 2.
Lucretia's Legacy 1.0 will be released by the end of the month, with some minor changes from the last version. Work on that is pretty much done, but I want to give it another pass and some outside playtesting before I release it.
There's been some progress on Game 4. I hope to have a demo -- not an actual game, but a few scenes and a good look at the UI -- out in July. I've done renders and dialog for the introduction, and for the first meeting with one of the girls. I'm feeling a wee bit perfectionist with it, which is slowing things down, and I'm also trying to gauge what's sustainable for me in terms of renders per scene/game action, and that sort of thing. I'm slowly acquiring assets that are appropriate for a contemporary setting. Hopefully at some point I'll come up with a name for the game. :)
