Changelog
- Improved handling of signed normals.
- Save BC5S textures with DX10 header.
- Always fill blue channel for normals from BC5 maps
- Fixed crash when 16k images are tried to be loaded (they're not supported yet due to memory constraints set by me, but you can unlock it in the ini).
- Image I/O Memory budget can be configured in the ini (512MB is default).
