The Labyrinth (30x50)
Added 2021-06-01 03:50:40 +0000 UTCIt is said that the cruel wizard who built the Labyrinth had hallways constructed between the main passages that were too narrow for the minotaur’s horns. The unfortunate souls who found themselves lost in the beast’s maze would seek these spaces out, only to find them heavily trapped and reeking of death, and yet time and time again they would choose this death over the minotaur that hunted them.
May's patron-polled Boss Monster Map is the minotaur's labyrinth. I wanted to try something a little different this time, and so rather than a ton of variants for the CR 5 and CR 8 patrons, I have instead created a series of 14 small modular maps (10x10 each) and then used them to create a labyrinth expansion (50x50) that can easily attach to the staircase map variant. I hope this provides some extra versatility and reusability for your games.
As with all Boss Monster Maps, I've created some tokens to accompany the scene for patrons subscribed to tiers CR 5 and above. Enjoy these minotaur token variants as they hunt your party through the Labyrinth!
